Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach (cleaned and stems trimmed)
  • 2 tbsp Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic paste (or mashed garlic)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • Salt (as required)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add garlic paste and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  • Add chopped onions and cook until soft and translucent.
  • Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Season with salt and stir well.
  • Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  • Add the Alfredo sauce and mix until the spinach is evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle chilli flakes and dried thyme.
  • Simmer briefly until creamy, then turn off the heat.
  • Serve hot as a side dish, pasta topping, or with toasted bread.

Notes

  • Use fresh spinach for the best flavor and texture.
  • Adjust chilli flakes to control the spice level.
  • If the sauce thickens too much, add a small splash of coconut milk while reheating.
