- 150 g boiled pasta
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp oregano
- 6 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add butter and olive oil, letting the butter melt completely.
Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Add crushed black pepper and red chilli flakes. Mix well.
Lower the heat and add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it begins to melt.
Pour in the fresh cream and stir continuously to create a smooth sauce.
Add oregano and let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the boiled pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes, then serve hot.
- Adjust chilli flakes based on spice preference.
- Add reserved pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
- Garnish with extra Parmesan and oregano before serving.
