Ingredients
  

  • 150 g boiled pasta
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 6 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Add butter and olive oil, letting the butter melt completely.
  • Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
  • Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  • Add crushed black pepper and red chilli flakes. Mix well.
  • Lower the heat and add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it begins to melt.
  • Pour in the fresh cream and stir continuously to create a smooth sauce.
  • Add oregano and let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Add the boiled pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
  • Cook for another 1–2 minutes, then serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust chilli flakes based on spice preference.
  • Add reserved pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
  • Garnish with extra Parmesan and oregano before serving.
