Pasta in Sweet Chilli and Sriracha Sauce
A quick and bold fusion pasta tossed in a sweet, spicy sauce made with sriracha, sweet chilli sauce, and warm spices. Perfect for a fast and flavourful single serving meal.

- 1 cup boiled pasta (fettuccine, penne, or noodles)
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp piri piri masala
- A pinch nutmeg powder
- A pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
In a heatproof mixing bowl, add sriracha sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
Sprinkle in black pepper, piri piri masala, nutmeg powder, and cinnamon powder. Mix lightly.
Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat until hot (not smoking).
Carefully pour the hot oil into the sauce and spice mixture. Stir well to combine into a smooth sauce.
Add the boiled pasta and toss thoroughly until evenly coated with the sauce.
Serve immediately while warm. Optionally garnish with extra black pepper or a drizzle of olive oil.
