Ripe mangoes

Instructions
Cut the mangoes into small pieces.
Add the mango pieces to a blender.
Pour in the sugar and milk.
Blend until smooth.
In a small bowl, mix the corn starch with a few tablespoons of milk until lump-free. Keep aside.
Heat the blended mango mixture in a skillet over medium heat.
Once warm, add the corn starch mixture and stir continuously until the pudding thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
Pour into a glass bowl or serving bowls of your choice.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours until chilled and set.
Serve cold and enjoy.
Notes
Use sweet, ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
Adjust the sugar depending on the sweetness of the mangoes.
For a richer pudding, use full-fat milk.
